Entry into this free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) implies acceptance of these rules. The owners of Aventier reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

No purchase is necessary for entry into the Prize Draw.

The promoter (“Promoter”) is Aventier

The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Aventier or any associated company, their direct family members or any persons directly or indirectly connected with Aventier or running of the prize draw or the provision of any of the prizes.

To be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must submit our contest form with all mandatory fields. To submit the form, entrants must agree to our Terms & Conditions and Newsletter list. If you wish to be excluded from our mailing list then send an email to info@aventier.com. The e-mail has to include your name, surname, email and "exclude from mailing list" as a subject line.

N.B Please note that the Local Authority will need to approve the use of the suggested name. Tip: Before you submit your suggested name please consider the local area of Croydon, its history, culture and surroundings as this is more likely to comply with the local authorities remit for naming approval.

Multiple entries are valid for this competition.

Winners will be selected at random by a panel associated with Aventier. The winning development name suggestion will be presented to the Local Authority for their approval.

The panel’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is the chance to have your suggestion development name used at the development and £250 worth of John Lewis vouchers. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for a cash alternative or sold to any other person.

The winner will be contacted by email and will be required to be available for any photography used for social media purposes.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to their name, details and photo being used in any future promotions and prize draws of Aventier

By entering the competition entrants are giving permission to be contacted by Aventier. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by giving notice in writing addressed to the Promoter.

The name of the winner will be published on the Aventier website and social media accounts.
